From next Thursday, September 7th, a new gastronomic proposal will be presented at Beach Club Gran Folies. After such a great acceptance of “CERO”, the new beginning of our chef Claudio Vargas, he is now presenting the B-side of his menu 2017 “AIRE”. It is a storm of new sensations and creations which he, together with his team, captures in the best way. AIRE is a signature fusion cuisine in which Claudio will present his dishes and his gourmet set menu, which will change regularly.
