Functions

  • Help the Chef de Sector with the restaurant check list and mise en place of the back office for service
  • Take all preparations from restaurant back, restaurant and kitchen
  • Support the other waiter assistants
  • Leave the food and beverages on the trays notifying the maître or chef de sector, which is in charge of serving them
  • Keep the work area clean and in order
  • Support other departments if it is needed
  • Ensure that standards of the company are respected

Requirements

  • Academic training in hospitality and restaurants
  • Essential domain of spoken English
  • Experience of minimum 1 year
  • Flexibility
