Functions
- Staff coordination in the area assigned by the maître
- Take orders
- Instruct the assigned staff
- Supervise the proper functioning of the staff and collaborate in the organization.
- Control and direction of the staff
- Monitoring compliance with regulations
- Control of restaurant sales.
Requirements
- Academic training in hotels and restaurants
- Fluently English
- 2 years minimum experience
- Flexible schedule
