  • Solve all the problems that may arise to the staff.
  • Establish the working hours of the staff.
  • Departmental training and personnel control.
  • Analysis of results and budget compliance.
  • Sales promotion.
  • Supervision of safety, quality and hygiene, social responsibility and environment program.
  • Customer service taking into account the values of the company.
  • Propose operational, logistical and functional improvements.

Requirements

  • Academic training in hotels and restaurants
  • High english level
  • 5 years minimum experience
  • Flexible schedule
