Functions
- Prepare non-perishable products for later use by the cook
- Help to prepare the mise in place of different shipment
- Be able to do basic preparations of cold food
- Handle the basic tools of the kitchen
- Know basic raw products of the kitchen
- Support / help in the punctual tasks
- Store all the products in walking fridges
- Maintain neatness and cleanliness within the walking fridges
- Carry out the cleaning of work areas
Requirements
- Academic training in cuisine
- Knowledge of ACCPP
- Experience of minimum 1 year
- Schedule flexibility
To be valued
- Sushi knowledge is an advantage
- Other languages, like French, German, Russian, Arabic, etc.
