Functions

  • Prepare non-perishable products for later use by the cook
  • Help to prepare the mise in place of different shipment
  • Be able to do basic preparations of cold food
  • Handle the basic tools of the kitchen
  • Know basic raw products of the kitchen
  • Support / help in the punctual tasks
  • Store all the products in walking fridges
  • Maintain neatness and cleanliness within the walking fridges
  • Carry out the cleaning of work areas

Requirements

  • Academic training in cuisine
  • Knowledge of ACCPP
  • Experience of minimum 1 year
  • Schedule flexibility

To be valued

  • Sushi knowledge is an advantage
  • Other languages, like French, German, Russian, Arabic, etc.
